保證了彩鋼板的抗腐蝕性能。其中防腐鍍層有兩種：鍍鋁鋅（其中55%鋁）、鍍鋅。其中鍍鋁鋅的防腐性能更好，如果用于屋面板，

可以不需要外覆彩涂、直接用鍍鋁鋅原色，當然也可以在鍍鋁鋅上加彩涂；鍍鋅的防腐性能稍差，但是因為鋁貴、鋅便宜，

且加大鍍鋅的鍍層量之后，用于有彩涂的彩鋼板防腐性能也是不錯的選擇。鋼鐵的活潑性不如鋁、鋅，所以，在鋼板表面鍍上鋁鋅，

當然是鋁和鋅先被氧化；然后產生的氧化鋁、氧化鋅會在鋼鐵表層形成致密的保護膜，保護內層的鋼板不被腐蝕。

所以，鍍鋁鋅/鍍鋅的量保證了彩鋼板的抗腐蝕性能。
